Is my connection good enough?
The minimum connection speed required for a smooth streaming experience is recommended at 1.5Mbps, to ensure stable and high-quality video and audio. Keep in mind that other factors like the number of connected devices and the activity on the network can also affect the streaming experience.

Ensure the following ports and protocols are open and unrestricted:

  • TCP port 1935 (RTMP)

  • TCP/UDP ports 80 and 443 (HTTP/HTTPS fallback for HLS/DASH)

Blocking these ports will prevent live streaming from functioning correctly. Please configure your firewall and network accordingly to allow the stream to play without interruption.

The streaming URL contained within the media player embed code originates from Vimeo and should be whitelisted to ensure access.
